Special Chars Field Validation

This morning I was in a demo session when someone asks “can we control the field data? sometimes the user outs a wrong character ther and ….” so I look for information with Yun Shu here because I remembered that he made something useful for this requirement. So I read his code and make some modifications after my lunch because it was very easy.

I dont understand why nobody do this before or at least I never find something like this, an standard way to control the field inputs in localizations to avoid errors
